Young Adult Pot Usage Rising While Teenage Alcohol Consumption Is Dropping
A new national study indicates that teenage Marijuana usage is on the rise and youth alcohol consuming is dropping.
In the yearly survey, officials questioned 8th, 10th, and 12th graders across the country, and figured out that marijuana, ecstasy and heroine use is rising.
They survey implied that teens who smoke Mary Jane on a regular basis has tripled in the last ten years, but their interpreted risk on the drug has lowered.
The report also realized that more teens smoke Marijuana than cigarettes.
A high school student indicates that cigarettes are harder to get a hold of than marijuana, which is sad.
The rise in Pot use maybe because of the legalization of medical Marijuana in some states.
The report also figured out that prescription drug abuse is rising.
The best way to fight this matter is through appropriate education on the subject.
